All those who live in cold countries long to go for a holiday to warm
places especially se shores so that they can live a relaxed life during
the holiday. They prefer to take bath in the beach and relax in the sunlight
to get their skin tanned without getting burned by lying on the beach.
Some enjoy eating fresh fish, which they get on the beaches freshly caught
and cooked and served. Few people enjoy the rides in the sea shore and
some shows that run during day time to attract tourists
If we visit these sea shores often it will be better if we own a home
of our own in it rather than going and renting a house or living in hotels.
If it is close to our place and we tend visit quiet often then it is better
to own a house in the beach side. Before you purchase take note of some
factors. First of all we should see whether it is worth an investment
and of course if we have enough money to invest so that it will not affect
our further expenses like children’s education, food and clothing etc;
Even if we have enough money to buy we have to think whether it is worth
owning a house, how many times will we visit the place., whether we will
be able to maintain the house, cleaning and protecting from theft etc;
Very few can afford to own two houses, in that cases we can rent it out
at times we are not staying by advertising in papers, or through internet.
Some homes in the hill or beach side have more insurance cover so before
buying it is better to calculate all the expenses that house will bring
like insurance, tax exception etc and then decide whether it is an useful
investment and whether it will work out economically. Depending on the
expenses we can vary the size of the house, three or two or one bed room
houses.
If we have a house of our own we can drop in at any time, otherwise we
have to plan ahead and make arrangements for accommodation. If it is near
our permanent residence and if we travel a lot and enjoy traveling then
it is worth investing in a holiday home.
We can enquire the Real Estate Agents regarding the cost and for renting
the house when not in use. They will guide us and help to keep the house
occupied during our absence. If we feel we can’t visit the house often
for some reason then we can hand it over to the Real Estate Agents who
will take care of the cleaning the house and renting it out It all depends
on each individuals decision |
